It is Day 5 of me eating a vegan diet and I feel better than I’ve felt in the longest time. This is my second round being a vegan and it the best way to cut off a lot of unhealthy foods that I usually indulge in. No more dairy products (which aren’t too great for neither your weight, skin or health), instead I have replaced cow’s milk with almond milk which I have grown really fond of, cut of cheese completely (until I find some vegan cheese), and no more eggs which I probably miss the most. I have been eating home cooked vegan meals for the most part, cereal with almond milk, many fruits and vegetables, and a whole lot of water. My eating out so far consists of vegan subs from Subway (italian bread + all the vegetable + honey mustard and sweet onion sauce which  have no fat).

I think my body is really changing in comparison to what it was during this past school year, I feel like in a month cutting off all the unhealthy cafe food has shed of a few rolls around my stomach which makes me really happy but I am looking forward to losing more weight. At the moment, when I hop on the scale I fluctuate from being right under 130 lbs to practically hitting 125 lbs, I am so excited to approach 120 lbs very soon and finally reward myself with a navel piercing. Being in control of your own body is kind of like being in control of your own fate and it feels amazing.

Current Weight: 127 lbs

Goal Weight: 125 lbs

Ultimate Goal Weight: 120 lbs

Breakfast: cornflakes with almond milk

Lunch: A bowl of lettuce with orange juice

Dinner: boston baked beans

I fell way off for the past week or so and I feel filthy. I dislike how my body looks and everything about my appearance. Back to eating very minimally until I deserve otherwise.
